We typically recommend that your pet comes to see us at least once a year for an annual wellness exam and checkup. Like when you go see your doctor for a physical, our wellness exams involve a nose to tail physical exam to ascertain your pet’s condition. It is important to stay on top of your pet’s general health to prevent diseases and preserve their long-term health. If your pet is older, we may recommend that we see them more frequently. Your pet’s age, sex, breed, and lifestyle can influence how often we need to see your pet. When you bring them in for their exam, we will let you know how often we will need to see your pet.
